ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Chef De Partie is vital to the success of our business. The main responsibilities of the Chef De Partie will be:

• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customer.
• Collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail and a drive for excellent standards.
• Have a passion for food, the ability to follow direction and a desire to learn.
• Responsible for a particular area of the kitchen, though rotation may be necessary to support the demands and requirements at different times.
• Promote good working practices in accordance to Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation.
• Awareness of food allergens and cross-contamination.
• This is not an exhaustive list of duties. From time to time, you may be required to undertake alternative or additional duties which will commensurate your skills, experience, and capabilities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience working in kitchens
• Passion for baking and creating is desirable
• Food Safety Level 2
