Community and Outreach Manager
Reporting to: Theatre Director & Head of Creative Learning
Trafalgar Entertainment connects people through creative, innovative experiences by providing inspiring entertainment for everyone for life. At Wycombe Swan we are now recruiting for a Community and Outreach Manager to join our team. Shifts are flexible/variable and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Here at Wycombe Swan it is an exciting, fast-paced environment with a variety of shows, plays, music and comedy, as well as local community events. We also host functions including conferences, parties, and weddings.
We offer opportunities for advancement with regularly scheduled development training sessions as well as cross-role training.
About the Role
The main purpose of the Community and Outreach Manager will be to successfully create and implement an innovative education and outreach programme which compliments and enhances the Wycombe Swan’s artistic programme. Responsibilities to include:
