Trafalgar Ticketing is the Ticketing Division of the Trafalgar Entertainment Group and comprises our in-house ticketing brand Trafalgar Tickets powering our owned venues and our agency business’ LondonTheatreDirect and Stagedoor serving West End audiences and producers.
LondonTheatreDirect (LTD) was founded in 1999 and quickly became the premier specialist provider of theatre tickets in the UK, serving over 2 million customers each year and growing. Job Summary
Under the direction of the Head of Ticketing Operations, this is an integral position within our Ticketing Operations team. The work is fast-paced and dynamic, with rapidly changing priorities. You will need to be organised, proactive, and able to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent tasks. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential attributes for this role, as are strong communication skills, numeracy, literacy, administrative and IT skills.
